Our weekly yoga class heated up and transformed into a 6-Week Bootcamp! Join Alyssa as she takes you through a 60-minute, high-intensity interval training workout guaranteed to increase strength and endurance and keep your metabolism high for hours after! These classes are for ALL levels. Modifications will be provided for beginners as will options for more advanced participants. *We must have AT LEAST 5 people registered for the 6-class package in order to move forward with this program. Grab your friends and come work up a sweat!
