Food For Thought- Health and Wellness in Work/Life Balance

We hear about the importance of work life balance but do not always have the energy or strategy to do something about it. Does the following scenario sound familiar: you tell yourself you’ll find time to work out or finally cook that healthy dinner but by the time your day comes to an end, you’re already so tired and hungry that all you can think about is ordering take-out and sitting on your couch?
