Those of us who earn business through networking and relationships have it rough—we’re caught putting ourselves out there night after night to be judged by the first couple sentences that come out of our mouths.

This workshop is an opportunity to work through your networking pitch with the kinds of people you most want it to impress.

Sit down with a professional brand strategist and a small group of entrepreneurs to dissect your networking pitch—what works, what doesn’t, and what we’re left wanting to know about you. Learn techniques to express yourself better and frameworks that help other people express themselves to you. Hone in on a message that catches people’s interest and keeps them coming back.


1:30-2:15—Networking pitches & first impressions: “Why wouldn’t I do business with you?”
2:15-2:35—Lecture: Capturing attention without complicating your message
2:35-3:20—Group discussion: Identifying the most compelling facts about your business
3:20-3:30—Individual work
3:30-3:50—Lecture: Fitting selling points into easy conversation and a genuine relationship
3:50-4:00—Individual work
4:00-4:30—New and improved networking pitches!
