Productivity Workshop Series: Part 2 – Essential Systems for an Emerging Business

May 14, 2015 @ 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm

Productivity Made Easy Part II: The Essential Systems for Emerging Business

At a certain point you realize that in order to survive as an entrepreneur, a.k.a. keep both your business and your sanity, you need to have effective systems in place.

Systems mean you always know what to do. And when you don’t know what to do, a good system will have all the information organized for you to make an informed decision.

But which systems are an absolute MUST, and which are nice-to-have?

What should you automate and/or outsource first?

And how exactly?

As the name suggests, at this workshop we’ll discuss the Essential Systems for Emerging Businesses, from the guiding principles (what to systematize and why) to the hands-on techniques (how exactly).

We’ll talk about the “closest to cash” idea, about matching your systems to your weaknesses, about the financial systems in your business (you might have guessed, this one belongs in the absolute MUST” category), and more.

The next 2 workshops in the series:
Part 3, May-21:
Get 10-15 more productive hours a week – Time Management Techniques
Part 4, May-28:
Beyond the Basics – methods, tools, and apps to make business and life easier for small business owner or solopreneur.

Stay tuned!

About the Instructor:
Marina Darlow is a systems pro, and a productivity expert.
She sees her job as helping impact-driven entrepreneurs get 10-20 more productive hours a week, stop leaking money, and prevent stress-fueled breakdowns.

An industrial engineer by training, Marina spent a decade managing large-scale, multi-million dollar projects for hi-tech and manufacturing companies.
A couple years ago she came to a realization that working for a conglomerate is not as inspiring as she wants her life work to be. The quest for inspiration brought her to found Vision Framework (www.vision-framework.com), a company that builds small, purpose-driven businesses and non-profits from the inside, helping entrepreneurs run their companies with ease, putting effective, easy-to-use, and fun (yep!) systems in place.
