Join Level Ground Mixed Martial Arts for a killer women’s self-defense seminar and workout while supporting a great cause! Learn the defensive and offensive techniques necessary to manage a variety of common attack scenarios. Also, slip on some gloves and break a sweat in a 30-minute workout inspired by the striking arts of Boxing and Muay Thai!
